Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Invited Clubs. As a hybrid employee, you will split time between managing our learning platform (Oracle Learning) and designing modern, high-impact training experiences. This role reports to the VP of Learning & Development and partners closely with HR, Risk & Compliance, functional leaders, and club teams to ensure learning is accessible, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4–7+ years of experience managing an enterprise LMS, preferably Oracle Learning (Oracle HCM Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of compliance training, certification management, and large‐scale learning deployments.
  • Experience partnering with HRIS and external vendors on system configuration and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards.
