Role Overview

The Manager, Learning and Digital Design will shape engaging, high-impact learning experiences for real estate professionals. This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented learning professional who thrives on designing engaging courses, repurposing educational content, and driving the evolution of modern learning solutions.

What You Will Do

Lead the modernization of legacy educational content into engaging, learner-centered digital learning experiences. Design, develop, launch, and manage high-quality online learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, LMS platforms, Adobe, and related learning and video creation technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7-10 years of experience in instructional design and digital learning programs
  • Advanced expertise with LMS platforms including digital learning publishing (SCORM and xAPI), course landing guidelines, and learner experience best practices
  • Strong technical skills with Articulate360 (Storyline360 and Rise360) and other course authoring tools
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, learning science, and learning experience design (LXD)
  • Experience establishing or improving content governance, instructional design standards, quality frameworks, scalable development processes, or learning ecosystems
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and interactive design
  • High proficiency with video design tools (Adobe, Camtasia) preferred
  • Experience working with and effectively managing stakeholder and vendor relationships
  • Results-oriented, with high attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to think in innovative ways to find solutions to problems
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office—Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills with a high level of response to all inquiries
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
