Job Description
Seeking a Claims Liability Manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial claims liability team in the state of Texas, ensuring all assigned claims are investigated and adjusted appropriately.

Requirements

  • Determine work objectives and planning workloads and deadlines for the commercial liability team
  • Review procedures; workflows and time utilization to identify potential volume or workflow issues
  • Process and document all file activity
  • Direct attendance at mediations
  • Select, contract with, and work with independent adjusters and miscellaneous vendors
  • Manage exposures and ensure that reserves are appropriate at the case level
  • Investigate and resolve claimant, policyholder and agent inquiries and complaints
