Job Description
The Manager will oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements, calculate capital call notices, and complete regulatory forms to ensure the Fund complies with specific regulation requirements. They will also provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to the team and conduct ongoing team trainings.

Requirements

  • 5 – 7+ years’ supervisory experience in performance management, training, talent acquisition and retention
  • 5 – 7+ years’ experience in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MSA) in Accounting or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • Experience in forecasting and budgeting during an accelerated growth period
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software
  • Ability to multitask, time management, attention to detail, planning and problem-solving skills
