Job Description
On the Go is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations across diverse concepts, elevate food and beverage products, and create a positive workplace. The Manager will drive operational excellence, ensure safety and quality standards, and champion OTG policies. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of management experience, a hospitality degree, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • A hospitality degree is preferred.
  • 3–5 years in management, full service restaurants or retail (bonus points for multiunit magic!).
  • Stellar communication skills that keep teams aligned and guests impressed.
  • You’re fluent in Microsoft Suite—and it shows.
