Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field
- 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
- Utilizing Waterfall, Agile, or Kanban methodologies to lead information technology projects
- Participating in teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, data modeling, testing, training, and defining support procedures
- Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs
- Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation
- Leading development, testing and deployment, utilizing MS Visual Studio, Postman, GitHub, Micro Focus UFT One, Selenium, Cucumber, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes
