Job Description
The Manager, Logs leads the Logs Department in a high-volume compliance environment, managing driver Hours of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance, mitigating legal and regulatory risk, and leading a team of log auditors and specialists.

Requirements

  • Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop Logs department staff
  • Manage performance, payroll approvals, corrective action, and terminations
  • Evaluate drivers for HOS compliance and fatigue-related risk
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on DOT, FMCSA, HOS regulations, and ELD systems
  • Manage and support high volumes of driver and contractor calls
