Job Description
This Management Loyalty & Partnership Analytics position focuses on providing strategic analytical support to the Loyalty and Partnership function. The role involves conducting database mining, managing stakeholders, developing performance metrics, and creating presentations to upper management. The position requires both independent work and collaboration within a global team, focusing on improving loyalty program performance and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive work experience, with emphasis on business or loyalty program analysis
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau, with preferred experience in GCP
Strong strategic agility and problem-solving skills
Experience in developing dynamic models and dashboards in Tableau and MS Excel
Excellent communication skills and familiarity in financial concepts
Demonstrated critical thinking and curiosity
