Job Description
Manager of Track Maintenance ensures the safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of customer’s rail track infrastructure, performing regular inspections, leading maintenance and repair crews, managing materials, and ensuring all trackage meets Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and company standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in track maintenance, repair, and inspection
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FRA Track Safety Standards (49 CFR Part 213)
  • Proven experience supervising field crews
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, walk on uneven surfaces, and lift heavy materials
  • Proficiency in computer applications for report submission (e.g., MS Office or specialized track management software)
