Role OverviewThe Manager-Manufacturing Engineering will lead a team supporting suture assembly manufacturing operations in Ave Maria, Florida. This position requires a passion for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and enhancing quality, throughput, and process capability within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will develop and utilize systematic and comprehensive methods and tools to accomplish objectives, voice of the customer, requirements flow, use conditions, engineering concept generation and selection, process development robust engineering, design for manufacturability, assembly, inspection, and control, process and measurement capability, process control, and deploy techniques to 'get it right' the first time.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field or equivalent Arthrex experience required
- 7 years Manufacturing Engineering/Manufacturing Operations experience required
- 3 years supervisory or management experience required
- Medical Device Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
