Job Description
Swire Coca-Cola is a family-owned bottling company seeking a Manufacturing Line Manager to lead a high-performing team in achieving World Class Manufacturing performance. The successful candidate will have 24-hour accountability for the manufacturing line results, including safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity, and costs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • Bachelor's Degree or technical certification in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred
  • 2+ years with Bachelor's Degree/technical certification required
  • 4+ years experience as manufacturing/operations supervisor required
  • Experience delivering sustainable continuous process improvement programs through engaging, developing, and empowering teams
  • Knowledge of data analytics and appropriate KPI's for measurement of manufacturing systems
  • Ability to manage and respond to issues when needed for a 24/7 operation
