Role OverviewThe Manager Manufacturing Shift will provide training, coaching, and guidance to functional front-line leaders and/or hourly associates on one or multiple shifts; ensure the proper execution of the daily work activities that drive quality, efficiency, safety, service, and cost performance in a manufacturing plant.
What You Will Do
Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, including quality and customer satisfaction; safety practices, and deadlines; engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training.
