Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology

The Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology will lead the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our global marketing organization. This role is responsible for optimizing marketing technology, CRM, automation, analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities to drive operational excellence, measurable business impact, and scalable growth across our international business.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this role include owning and optimizing Monex's global marketing technology ecosystem, building scalable campaign execution processes, and evaluating, implementing, and optimizing new marketing technologies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, CRM Operations, or Marketing Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, SaaS, payments, or another B2B industry preferred
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketo, or similar
• Experience developing dashboards, attribution reporting, CRM governance, segmentation strategies, and workflow automation
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms for marketing technology integrations
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, consent management, and data governance best practices
• Experience leveraging AI tools for content generation, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and marketing optimization
• Strong understanding of website technologies, SEO fundamentals, digital marketing platforms, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
