Job Description
Team Rubicon is seeking a Manager, Mission Support (Logistics) to lead a team of logistics professionals, providing timely execution of domestic and international logistics efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in the military, disaster response, emergency management, or first responder fields
  • Proven record of personnel management experience such as recruiting, managing, training, and developing employees and volunteers
  • Proficient in using technology tools and remote working to communicate and coordinate with a large network of TR staff members, Greyshirts (volunteers), and external stakeholders
