Role OverviewThe Manager, MRP & Supply Planning is responsible for creating and managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and driving the MRP process to achieve enterprise strategic objectives. This role involves developing collaborative relationships with functional leaders to identify and champion SIOP continuous improvement efforts.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain a master production schedule (MPS) that aligns with demand forecasts and manufacturing capacity. Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) execution using Oracle to ensure timely availability of materials. Manage and support MRP buyers across all HFN sites.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment utilizing an MRP
- Experience in leading a team in multiple sites
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, master scheduling, and material requirements planning
- Proficiency in Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning modules
- Experience in ORACLE Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory management, and capacity planning tools
