Job Description
Interdependence is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Manager of New Business Proposals to support their rapidly growing team. This role focuses on managing proposal development, quality assurance, and alignment with client needs, ensuring compelling and strategically sound proposals. Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail are essential, alongside a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
Requirements
7–8 years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, preferably with agency experience.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with PR strategies, case studies, and industry terminology.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and design/layout skills.
Experience with proposal writing, business development, or client communications (preferred).
