We're looking for a Manager, NPI Procurement - Systems to lead the team that oversees supply chain operations for the launch of new products. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring timely, cost-effective supply of innovative products to market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within manufacturing (medical device, pharma, or regulated industry preferred)
  • Experience supporting product launches or new product introduction (NPI) programs strongly desired
  • Strong supplier negotiation, supplier development, and contract management skills
