Job Description
Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. The company is looking for a Manager, NPI Sourcing - Instrument and Accessories to lead the New Products (NPI) Supply Chain/Sourcing team, driving operational excellence and ensuring timely, cost-effective supply of innovative products to market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline preferred)
  • 10+ years in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within manufacturing (medical device, pharma, or regulated industry preferred)
  • 1-2 years managing a small team of Supply Chain FTEs.
  • Experience supporting product launches or new product introduction programs strongly desired
  • Strong supplier negotiation, supplier development, and contract management skills
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Effective communicator—able to influence and build relationships at all levels, including executive and supplier partners
  • High proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and supply chain systems/tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities
