Manager of Applications Engineering

As the Manager of Applications Engineering, you'll lead a dynamic team, solve complex customer needs, and drive improvements that push our technology forward. This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA. The Applications Engineering department is responsible for delivering complex custom systems that address challenging biopharmaceutical production process needs.

What You Will Do

Lead a team of AE Supervisors at HQ, oversee engineering, drafting, technician, and coordination teams, evaluate performance of AE Supervisors, communicate organizational needs, and resolve conflicts. Collaborate with other departments to ensure best practices are communicated throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent technical discipline
• Experience in responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Demonstrate computer skills, including familiarity with CAD and proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and interpret technical instructions
