Role OverviewThe Manager of Bridge Maintenance plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our railroad infrastructure by overseeing inspections of bridges and related structures across the network.
What You Will Do
Provide guidance to territory managers on optimal bridge inspection methods and maintenance strategies, coordinate and manage bridge maintenance, repair, and construction activities, conduct thorough bridge inspections, and supervise unionized crews.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency
- Valid driver's license: Class A Commercial Driver's License is an asset
- Minimum of 5 years' railroad bridge inspection, maintenance, or construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory
- Bridge Inspector certification
- Valid passport with ability to travel to U.S./CAN without restrictions
- Knowledge of field inspection, maintenance, and construction practices for railroad bridges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer systems
