Role OverviewThe Manager of Case Management will lead a team of 13-15 person-centered Case Managers, implementing leadership strategies, enhancing employee retention, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role located in Midway St. Paul, MN, with a focus on person-centered approach to provide services to individuals with disabilities.
What You Will Do
The MCM will oversee case managers, coach and develop case managers, develop productivity strategies, create and maintain retention and engagement systems, serve as subject matter expert, and manage budget and expenses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field
- Social Workers must be licensed in Minnesota
- Two or more years supervisory/leadership experience
- Two or more years of waivered case management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Google, and care-related platforms
