Job Description
Accord is seeking a Manager of Case Management to lead a high-performing team in delivering high-quality, person-centered case management services. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, with 3 years of supervisory-level experience in a direct support services program.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
  • 3 years of supervisory-level experience in a direct support services program
  • Licensure by the Minnesota Board of Social Work (if Social Work degree)
  • Highly organized and essential computer skills
  • Knowledge of various human service practices
