Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Manager of Contracts, Technology Development to provide strategic leadership for all contracts flowing through the Office of Technology Development. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and 8 years of experience in a legal environment or general business with primary responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex contracts.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • 8 years of experience in a legal environment or in general business with primary responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex contracts
  • Experience in Life Science contracting or Venture Capital contracting is preferred
