Job Description
KIPP DC is seeking a Manager of Facilities to oversee campus support, project management, budget management, and strategic planning. The role involves engaging with school leadership and faculty, coordinating vendor relationships, and improving facility maintenance. Flexibility and responsiveness are expected, as this position is typically on-site for 4 days a week in a KIPP DC school.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of relevant experience in facilities management, operations management, or construction management
  • Experience in interpersonal relations and communications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
