Job Description
A rapidly growing organization in Exeter, New Hampshire seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to oversee enterprise-wide financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial planning tools
  • Proven ability to communicate financial insights to executive leadership
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
