Job Description
Join our team and help launch the first state psychiatric hospital in Dallas-Fort Worth, where innovative caregivers will make a lasting impact on behavioral health in Texas. As the Manager of Hospital Facilities, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of campus Facilities Management systems, supervise staff, manage workflow and staffing plans, and support team development through training, mentoring, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Facilities Maintenance Management within a hospital, healthcare university institution, or academic research environment
  • 3+ years of experience in supervisory or higher-level leadership
  • Strong business acumen, project management expertise, and proven team leadership
