Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Facilities Maintenance Management within a hospital, healthcare university institution, or academic research environment
  • 3 years of experience in supervisory or higher-level leadership
  • Strong business acumen, project management expertise, and proven team leadership
