Role OverviewThe Manager of Interlibrary Delivery Services (IDS) serves as the executive leader of a nonprofit organization, the Interlibrary Delivery Service of Pennsylvania, and is responsible for overseeing operations, advancing strategic priorities, and ensuring high-quality services for members.

The Manager collaborates closely with the IDS Board of Directors to guide organizational direction while managing vendor partnerships, financial stewardship, and administrative functions. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Experience with state libraries or academic libraries preferred

- Experience working in a public, educational, or library environment is preferred
- Citizenship or work authorization to work in the United States required
