Job Description
OnTrac is hiring a Manager of IT Project Management to lead and develop a team of Project Managers, overseeing critical cross-functional initiatives that drive technology excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience, managing and developing Project Managers in a large enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs, deliver results on time and within scope, and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
