Job Description
The Education and Workforce Development Department at Goddard Riverside is seeking a Manager of Participant Support Services (Train of Earn) to provide encouraging participant engagement and retention through case management and assistance services for young adults pursuing education and employment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • At least three (3) years of successful experience in social services, youth development, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of workforce development, career readiness, job placement processes, and the employment barriers young adults face
