Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Partner Sales to lead our partner sales initiatives at Weave. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our partner sales motion, managing a team of Partner Sales Managers, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience leading a sales team working in a channel, partner or direct sales model
  • Experience partnering with an outside field sales team to work leads
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of success in building and optimizing sales systems
  • Passion for providing leadership & coaching with detailed processes and methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Zoom
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR 3+ Years in the SMB SaaS space
  • Experience in the dental sales industry
