Manager of Partnerships and Practice (Hybrid)

The Manager of Partnerships and Practice is responsible for managing the Office of Practice in the School of Public Health, in collaboration with the Associate Dean for Practice and Director. The Practice Division provides leadership and strategy to the School of Public Health ensuring alignment with its broader goals around education and research. This division will focus on building and sustaining partnerships with community members, community organizations, agency partners, private industry, and other partners to support the translation of science into practice and catalyze action that improves the lives of populations.

What You Will Do

Primary duties and responsibilities include partnership and practice strategy development and implementation, leading a team to implement and execute on the strategy for growth and engagement in practice inside the SPH and beyond, leading the team in implementation and management of defined key performance indicators and metrics, managing the planning and monitoring of strategic priorities and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and mitigating risks, and managing efforts to report out on strategic plan updates and progress to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
• No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
• Relevant Experience (5 Years)
• Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Experience running or chairing an advisory board or similar body
• Experience working with and/or in St Louis community and/or governmental organizations
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders within and outside the university
