Job Description
The Manager of Recruitment and Student Experience oversees undergraduate recruitment, outreach, and student engagement operations for the College of Science at Louisiana State University. This role manages staff and coordinates college-wide undergraduate-focused recruitment and outreach efforts to promote the College of Science to prospective students and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of professional related experience
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience in undergraduate recruitment, student services, enrollment management, student engagement, or a related higher education function
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including responsibility for coordinating programs, initiatives, or staff/student workers
  • Experience planning and coordinating events, outreach activities, or large-scale programs
  • Experience working directly with undergraduate students and families in a higher education setting
