Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Manager of Retirement Plans to join a fast-paced HR team in our corporate office. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and directing day-to-day operations for multiple company sponsored retirement plans.
What You Will Do
The Manager of Retirement Plans will oversee relationship management with plan vendors and third-party administrators, oversee funding of 401(k), Deferred Compensation Plans, and Union Pension Funds, and possess a thorough understanding of ERISA and ensure retirement plans are compliant.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of related retirement administration experience
- Ability to work independently or with minimal direction
