Role Overview

As a Manager of Special Populations at Ednovate, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and reinforcing supports for special populations (including multilingual learners, students with IEPs, advanced students and Black students) that are aligned with Ednovate's values, and creating a school culture where all students feel safe, respected, and engaged.

What You Will Do

Serve as a special populations leader, develop and coach instructional staff, represent special populations in all-staff communication, and create and implement student life opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years of school leadership experience with a strong record of improving student outcomes in academics, culture, and engagement
  • A California Administrative Credential, Single Subject Teaching Credential or Out of State Teaching Credential, preferred; clear path to receiving a teaching credential within a year, required
