Role OverviewThe Manager of State Housing Programs will work directly with the undersecretary, the deputy, and other division managers and staff on multiple resources available through EOHLC for the production, preservation, and asset management of multi-family affordable and/or mixed-income rental housing.
What You Will Do
The manager will supervise staff directly involved in as many as 50‐60 multi-family loan closings every year, as well as in the preparation of project contracts and the evaluation of requisitions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior direct and successful experience in the production and/or preservation of multi-family rental housing is a mandatory qualification for this position.
Requirements
- Prior direct and successful experience in the production and/or preservation of multi-family rental housing
- Bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years of the required experience
- A certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience
