What You Will Do
Develop and implement education programs, coordinate with facility CDI groups, provide guidance and support for process changes, and facilitate communication and information sharing between facility CDI groups and system leadership.

This role requires 2+ years of experience in clinical documentation integrity in the acute care setting, 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree in business or healthcare is preferred.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in clinical documentation integrity in the acute care setting
- 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
- Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS)
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) or Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
