Job Description
Manage victim services programming, recruit and develop employees and volunteers, conduct community needs assessments, and provide services to victims.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in victim advocacy and/or grief support work
  • 3 years of experience as a MADD Lead Victim Services Specialist or equivalent
  • Prior personnel management and/or leadership experience
  • 2+ years of previous experience with fundraising
