Job Description
Columbia Association is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Manager on Duty (part-time) to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in customer service, hospitality, fitness, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others succeed on their fitness journeys.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
