Role OverviewThe Manager on Duty is responsible for leading by example and providing front-line support to the public at the Erie Community Center and Ballpark at Erie. This position requires top-notch customer service skills, even under pressure or when dealing with difficult situations.
What You Will Do
The Manager on Duty will assist the Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator in performing daily duties, greet guests, process memberships and registrations, and ensure the facility is ready for normal daily use.

Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of related customer service, recreation or related experience
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certification within three months of employment
