Role OverviewThe Operations Manager directs, plans, organizes and controls all activities of the manufacturing operations to meet short, medium and long term production goals. They set and monitor performance of the Plant against balanced scorecard set targets, following all the standards in areas such as people, safety, food safety, quality, manufacturing efficiency, and productivity.
What You Will Do
The Operations Manager ensures production targets are met, and the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. They work with the QA department to implement and maintain the quality management system, and lead, direct, and control the day-to-day operational activities of the factory.

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or similar Technical field
- Minimum 10 years leading in manufacturing environment and manufacturing teams
- Fluent in English
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite, SAP Systems, and other applications used in manufacturing
- Strong technical background supporting continuous improvement work environment
- Proven business and people management skills
- Experience in Leading operational teams
- Detailed knowledge of plant and manufacturing functional disciplines
