Role OverviewThe Shift Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and economic operations of the electric distribution system. Plans, supervises, and leads the Control Center shift team.
What You Will Do
Directs restoration activities to ensure a safe, timely, and efficient response. Controls all activities in the Control Centers daily operation to maximize the integrity, reliability, and continuity of the electrical distribution system.

Requirements
- Aptitude Test Required (unless already a qualified DSO)
- Due to the extensive training associated with this position, the department expects a two-year commitment that starts once the candidate qualifies as a Distribution System Operator.
