Job Description
We're seeking a Manager, Organizational Design & Employee Experience to shape the employee experience at Medical Guardian. This hands-on role involves building systems and programs that help employees do their best work as the company scales. The ideal candidate will use HR data, workforce insights, and employee feedback to guide decisions and strengthen manager effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on organizational development, talent management, workforce strategy, employee engagement, or people strategy
  • Experience supporting a mid-size or scaling organization with diverse employee populations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and survey analytics
  • Hands-on experience with eNPS, workforce metrics, and qualitative feedback
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting change management
