We are actively hiring for a Manager, Partner Club Relationships & Strategy Analytics - Remote!
Your Role:
The Manager, Analytics leads the analytics function supporting AAA distribution partnerships and enterprise partner strategy. This role oversees a team of three analysts and is responsible for delivering executive-ready insights that inform partnership strategy, product alignment, pricing performance, competitive positioning, and long-term growth.
This leader elevates analytics from reporting to strategic advisory. They ensure performance transparency across sales, retention, profitability, member experience, and operational execution while modernizing reporting infrastructure and strengthening consultative insights for senior leadership and AAA club executives.
The role serves as a strategic thought partner to the VP, Partner Club Relationships and Strategy, helping translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape enterprise decisions.
Your Work:
- Strategic Analytics Leadership
- Define and execute the analytics vision supporting AAA distribution partnership strategy
- Translate enterprise goals into measurable KPIs and performance frameworks
- Drive forward-looking insights that inform pricing, underwriting collaboration, product enhancements, and market expansion
- Elevate analytics from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive insight generation
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Actuarial, Finance, Distribution, Operations, and Marketing to influence strategic decisions
- Executive Reporting and Influence
- Own analytics for regular business reviews with AAA clubs and other distribution partners
- Develop executive-level reporting for ELT and senior stakeholders
- Present insights with clarity, confidence, and strategic perspective
- Challenge assumptions using data-backed recommendations
- Provide thought leadership on performance trends, risk portfolio shifts, and competitive intelligence
- Partnership Performance & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor critical metrics including growth, retention, profitability, member satisfaction, operational performance, and product adoption
- Lead competitive benchmarking and market analysis across club territories
- Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging market shifts
- Support contract performance tracking and strategic-planning
- Reporting Modernization & Automation
- Assess and modernize current reporting infrastructure
- Drive automation and dashboard standardization to improve efficiency and scalability
- Implement streamlined data governance and reporting consistency
- Identify opportunities to integrate APIs, data pipelines, and advanced analytics tools
- Reduce manual reporting cycles while improving insight quality
- Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of three analysts
- Establish clear performance expectations and development plans
- Coach analytical storytelling, business knowledge and acumen, and executive communication skills
- Foster a culture of empowerment and accountability, cultivate curiosity, strategic-thinking, and collaboration
- Build bench strength to support future enterprise growth
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the analytics bridge between Partner Relationships and Strategy and enterprise functions
- Ensure alignment of metrics and definitions across teams
- Support enterprise initiatives requiring partnership data and insight
- Drive clarity and transparency across highly matrixed environments
Required Experience, Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years Insurance, Actuarial, Product Management, Programming, Data Reporting and Analysis or related business experience
- Lead development of executive-ready insights that shape strategy, with regular engagement in senior leadership forums.
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and building high-performing analytical teams, with 2+ years of direct or indirect supervisory.
- Deep analytical expertise with the ability to frame complex business problems, guide rigorous analysis, and ensure integrity of insights used in strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated executive presence, including structured storytelling, stakeholder-influence, and facilitation of decision alignment across senior leaders.
- Ability to align analytical priorities to enterprise decision cycles and highest-impact business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead people decisions in alignment with company policies and leadership standards.
- Distinguished knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, BI dashboard building (specifically PowerBI), GPT prompting, and various structured analysis and design techniques.

- Background in insurance, financial services, or partnership driven organizations

- Creates a collaborative, inclusive and psychologically safe environment, demonstrating authenticity and fostering trust to inspire and empower team members and colleagues

The national average salary range for this position is $136,890.00-$152,100.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $136,890.00-$182,450.00.⯠This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 17% of eligible pay.
