Role OverviewThe Patient Financial Services Manager leads the revenue cycle teams supporting the patient financial experience from start to finish.
What You Will Do
Lead the PBA and PAR teams to create excellent patient experiences while optimizing reimbursement, ensure training and accountability metrics, and optimize technology solutions.

Requirements
- 5 years of revenue cycle experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with electronic health records (eClinical Works, Healow, Phreesia)
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Proven continued education, certifications, and/or coursework relating to revenue cycle and clinical operations
