Job Description

Regions Hospital is seeking a Manager of Pediatric Trauma and Performance Improvement (PI) Programs to lead the management, clinical accountability, and operational integration of the Pediatric Trauma Program. The role involves optimizing care for patients and families, collaborating with surgical and injury centers, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and working in research and quality improvement areas. The position reports to the Director of Burn and Trauma Programs.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Five years nursing experience, including at least three years in critical care or emergency setting.
Minimum of 2 years pediatric nursing experience.
Minnesota State Registered Nurse license.
TCRN license preferred.
