Job Description
Baseten is hiring a Senior Manager, People Operations to own and scale the operational backbone of their People function. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who has done this before and is excited to do it at an even more ambitious level. You will be responsible for building and scaling a best-in-class foundation across systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of People Operations experience
  • Deep, practical expertise in U.S. employment compliance
  • Experience evaluating and executing a migration off a PEO
  • Experience supporting international hiring and expansion
  • Strong ownership of HRIS strategy, systems architecture, integrations, and data governance
  • Track record of leading and developing high-performing People Operations teams
  • Ability to build scalable, automated processes
