Job Description
The Manager, People Solutions will lead the People Solutions Desk team to provide high-quality support across channels, oversee employee-facing administrative processes, and manage financial and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administration, operations, HR support, shared services, or a related field.
  • Experience supervising staff and leading service-oriented work.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to monitor work, solve problems, and improve processes.
  • Strong proficiency with enterprise systems and digital tools.
