Job Description
The Manager, People Solutions will lead the People Solutions Desk team to provide high-quality support across channels, oversee employee-facing administrative processes, and manage financial and administrative processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in administration, operations, HR support, shared services, or a related field.
Experience supervising staff and leading service-oriented work.
Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to use data to monitor work, solve problems, and improve processes.
Strong proficiency with enterprise systems and digital tools.
