Manager, Physical Security Systems - Cleared

The Manager, Physical Security Systems serves as the primary physical security subject matter expert (SME) for Voyager Technologies, leading the enterprise program across access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance.

What You Will Do

Manage the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of enterprise Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Video Management Systems (VMS) across multiple Voyager locations.

Requirements

• Minimum seven plus years of progressively responsible experience supporting enterprise physical security operations
• Demonstrated experience administering enterprise access control, intrusion detection, and video management systems
• Experience with enterprise security platforms such as LenelS2, Genetec, Brivo, or comparable enterprise systems
• Experience leading security technology implementation projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and security system integrators
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive presentations and operational reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Active Secret clearance required at time of hire; Top Secret or TS/SCI preferred
