Job Description
Hyatt is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Health to join their team. The successful candidate will contribute to Hyatt's strategic direction by leading applied research projects, defining analysis plans, and presenting results to brand and operations stakeholders. The role requires technical expertise in statistical analyses software, AI GPT development, and data engineering integration, as well as effective communication skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of analytics experience with a track record of demonstrating increasing sophistication in research methods
  • 5+ years of technology experience demonstrating adoption and innovation keeping pace with emerging analytics trends
  • 5+ years of customer service experience, demonstration of service mindset, empathizing with needs of others, ensuring customer/client satisfaction
  • BS/BA degree
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced level proficiency with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sciences)
  • Advanced level proficiency with ChatGPT, CoPilot or equivalent LLM
  • Advanced level proficiency with ThoughtSpot
  • Advanced level proficiency with property management system (PMS) / related data sources
